5'-Amino-modifier C6-TFA was designed to functionalize the 5'-terminus of the target oligonucleotide and to introduce a primary amino group into an oligo. After TFA deprotection, the amino group could be immediately conjugated with the activated carboxy group, and synthesize a stable amide linkage.
