Fluorescence Dabcyl

DABCYL is a dark quencher, commonly used for labelling oligos and peptides. The obtaiend conjugates are often used as diagnostic probes such as Moleuclar Beacons and Protease substrates. The quencher is located at the 5’-terminus, and Dabcyl-dT places it within the sequence, leaving the 3'-terminus available for polymerase extension.
