dR-DDQ1 phosphoramidite

The Deep Dark Quencher 1 is a dark and non-fluorescent quencher, based on methyl red, and can be incorporated into oligonucleotides at the 5’-terminus and the 3’-terminus. Dark Quencher is a molecule quenching the lower wavelength dyes such as fluorescein. Thus, for Double-Dye probes, this quencher is not suitable for quenching fluorescent dyes that emit at a higher wavelength.
