Nucleosyn provides Custom Stable Isotope (2H, 13C, 15N) compounds to support projects dedicated to : Bioanalytics, Omics research, Molecular Imaging, and Biomarker discovery.
[13C,15N2]-2',2'-Difluoro-2'-deoxyuridine
2',2'-Difluoro-2'-deoxyuridine, also known as dFdU, is the main active metabolite of Gemcitabine, generated by deamination of Gemcitabine by cytidine deaminase in the liver. dFdU is cytotoxic to HepG2 and A549 cancer cells.
Stable isotope labeled [13C,15N2]-2',2'-Difluoro-2'-deoxyuridine is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of 2',2'-Difluoro-2'-deoxyuridine and Dansyl-2',2'-difluoro-2'-deoxyuridine LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
