[13C,15N2]-Cytarabine
Cytarabine is a nucleoside analog and antimetabolite used in the treatment of several types of cancers including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Cytarabine induces serious side effects such as bone marrow suppression, liver problems, ulcer formation in the mouth, loss of consciousness, lung disease or allergic reactions.
Stable isotope labeled [13C,15N2]-Cytarabine is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Cytarabine by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
