[13C,15N2]-Gemcitabine hydrochloride

Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug used to treat various cancers, including testicular cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and bladder cancer. Gemcitabine induces multiple side effects such as bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney problems, rash, shortness of breath, neuropathy, and hair loss.
Stable isotope labeled [13C,15N2]-Gemcitabine is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Gemcitabine and Dansyl-gemcitabine by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
