Flucloxacillin is an antibiotic used to treat skin infections, external ear infections, infections of leg ulcers, diabetic foot infections, and bone infections. It may also be used in combination with other medications to treat pneumonia and endocarditis. Flucloxacillin can be taken by mouth or given by injection into a vein or muscle.

Stable isotope labeled [¹³C₄]-Flucloxacillin is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Flucloxacillin by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
