[13C5]-Azacytidine
Azacytidine is a chemical analog of cytidine which is used to treat myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myeloid leukemia, and juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML). Common side effects caused by azacytidine are anemia, neutropenia, and thrombocytopenia.
Stable isotope labeled [13C5]-Azacytine is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Azacytidine by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
