[13C6]-Paclitaxel
Paclitaxel is a chemotherapy medication used to treat various cancers, including ovarian cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer, solid tumors such as Kaposi’s sarcoma, cervical cancer pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and skin cancers such as melanoma. Paclitaxel is given by intravenous injection.
Stable isotope labeled [13C6]-Paclitaxel is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Paclitaxel and Ritonavir by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
