Trabectedin is an alkaloid anticancer drug used to treat advanced soft-tissue sarcoma and ovarian cancer. It is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma or leiomyosarcoma who received a prior anthracycline-containing regimen.

Stable isotope labeled [D₃]-Trabectedin is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Trabectedin by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
