[D8]-Imatinib
Imatinib is a molecule used to treat several types of cancers and diseases, including chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), certain types of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES), chronic eosinophilic leukemia (CEL), aggressive systemic mastocytosis, and myelodysplastic syndrome. Imatinib is taken by mouth.
Stable isotope labeled [D8]-Imatinib is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Imatinib, Erlotinib, and Gefitinib by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
