[D4]-Cyclophosphamide
Cyclophosphamide is an immunosuppressive drug used to treat various types of cancers and diseases, including lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, small-cell lung cancer, neuroblastoma, and sarcoma. Due to its high toxicity, this alkylating agent should be replaced as soon as possible by less toxic drugs. Cyclophosphamide can be taken by mouth or injection into a vein.
Stable isotope labeled [D4]-Cyclophosphamide is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Cyclophosphamide by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
