[D4]-Lurbinectedin
Lurbinectedin is a synthetic alkaloid analog used to treat small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). This drug induces numerous side effects including lymphopenia, anemia, and neutropenia. It increases creatinine, alanine aminotransferase, glucose, and aspartate aminotransferase, and decreases appetite, albumin, sodium, and magnesium.
Stable isotope labeled [D4]- Lurbinectedin is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Lurbinectedin by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
