NucleoSyn produces and supplies synthetic lipids from milligrams to multi-kilos quantities.
Lip-CD
Lip-CD is a novel lipidic cyclodextrin used in combination with Lipid N2-3L (also provided by Nucleosyn) in the conception of supramolecular lipid nanoparticles (SMLNPs) for the co-delivery of mRNA encoding tumor antigen and a TLR7/8 agonist through host-guest complexation. Synergy mechanisms with the immune checkpoint blockade boost the anticancer activity of the corresponding anticancer vaccines. SMLNPs have already shown brilliant potential as a next-generation delivery system in developing mRNA vaccines with high efficacy.
Nucleosyn provides high-quality synthetic lipids for R&D use only.
