NucleoSyn produces and supplies synthetic lipids from milligrams to multi-kilos quantities.
Dlin-DMA
DLin-DMA and derivatives are cationic lipids for siRNA mRNA, and vaccine delivery. As example, administration of DLin-MC3-DMA based LNPs have delivered siRNA to reduced Factor VII levels or leukemic burden in mices. DLin-MC3-DMA can form nanoparticles that can encapsulate and deliver siRNA, mRNA, DNA or small molecules into the cytoplasm and represent the most advanced delivery platforms for systemic administration of active molecules.
