DLin siRNA delivery

DLin-KC3-DMA is a lipid used for siRNA delivery. DLin-KC3-DMA and Dlin-KC2-DMA exhibited in vivo activity at siRNA doses as low as 0.6mg/kg and 0,01mg/kg respectively in rodents. DLin-KC2-DMA produces significant siRNA-mediated gene silencing of GAPDH, when binds to lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
