DLin-MC3-DMA
DLin-MC3-DMA is a cationic lipid for siRNA, mRNA, and vaccine delivery. Administration of DLin-MC3-DMA-based LNPs has delivered siRNA to reduce Factor VII levels or leukemic burden in mice. DLin-MC3-DMA can form nanoparticles that can encapsulate and deliver siRNA, mRNA, DNA, or small molecules into the cytoplasm and represent the most advanced delivery platforms for the systemic administration of active molecules.
