Ionizable 7-Dehydrocholesterol

Ionizable 7-dehydrocholesterol is a newly developed sterol derivative designed for incorporation into the formulation of LNPs aimed at organ-selective mRNA delivery applications. While conventional four-component LNPs primarily deliver to the liver, the addition of ionizable 7-dehydrocholesterol as a fifth component enables preferential delivery to the spleen or lungs.
Nucleosyn promotes and provides high-quality novel synthetic compounds for R&D use only.
