Lipid 10A

Lipid 10A is a novel ionizable lipid designed to improve the delivery efficiency of mRNA. The tetra-branched hydrophobic tail of Lipid 10A induced a higher stability of the corresponding LNPs and ensured the particle sizes’ uniformity. The introduction of the amino diethanol ionizable polar head allowed a suitable balance of the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of the LNPs, leading to an efficient mRNA delivery in both in vivo and in vitro experiments. As a first application, good results were obtained in the tumor growth prevention in B16-OVA melanoma models.
Nucleosyn promotes and provides high-quality novel synthetic lipids for R&D use only.
