NucleoSyn produces and supplies synthetic lipids from milligrams to multi-kilos quantities.
Lipid 8-O14B

Lipid 8-O14B is a bioreducible lipid designed for conceiving specific nanoparticles (nanocomplexes) dedicated to efficiently delivering genome-editing proteins, thanks to a combination with negatively supercharged Cre recombinase or anionic Cas9:sgRNA. Lipid 8-O14B-based LNPs proved to be more efficient than other LNPs using classic ionizable lipids to deliver negatively charged proteins. Highly promising results were obtained in cultured human cells, as well as for genome-editing protein delivery into the mouse brain for DNA recombination in vivo.
Nucleosyn promotes and provides high-quality novel synthetic lipids for R&D use only.
