Lipid ND-01

Lipid ND-01, also known as ND-01, is a novel ionizable lipid, derived from well-known Lipid 5, bearing an ether function on its linear hydrophobic tail. The Lipid ND-01-based nanoparticles (LNP-01) allowed a better HSP47 silencing than the Lipid 5-based LNPs in treating liver fibrosis in mice. In terms of the delivery of the bio-active substance, Lipid ND-01 induced a fast accumulation in the liver of the corresponding LNPs as well as a great cell uptake rate, leading to an improved siRNA delivery.
Nucleosyn promotes and provides high-quality novel synthetic lipids for R&D use only.
