Synonyme(s)
ND-02

Lipid ND-02 is a novel ionizable lipid, derived from well-known Lipid 5, bearing an ether function on its linear hydrophobic tail. The Lipid ND-02-based nanoparticles (LNP-02) allowed a better HSP47 silencing than the Lipid 5-based LNPs in treating liver fibrosis in mice.
Nucleosyn promotes and provides high-quality novel synthetic lipids for R&D use only.
