Lipid ND-03 Image 1

Lipid ND-03 is a novel ionizable lipid, derived from well-known Lipid 5, bearing an ether function on its linear hydrophobic tail. The Lipid ND-03-based nanoparticles (LNP-03) allowed a better HSP47 silencing than the Lipid 5-based LNPs in treating liver fibrosis in mice.

Nucleosyn promotes and provides high-quality novel synthetic lipids for R&D use only.

Related LNP components also provided by Nucleosyn: Lipid 5, DSPC, Cholesterol, DMG-PEG2000, [13C3]-Lipid 5, Lipid ND-01, Lipid ND-02
