YSK05, an ionizable lipid designed based on the structure of DODAP, has a tertiary amine and unsaturated fatty acid chains and a pKa of 6.4, which enhances the transfection efficiency by promoting endosomal escape. Intravenous administration of factor VII siRNA in YSK05-containing LNPs reduces factor VII activity in isolated mouse plasma.
