[D9]-Trimethoprim
Trimethoprim (TMP) is an antibiotic mainly used to treat bladder infections, as well as middle ear infections and travelers’ diarrhea. TMP is also mostly used in combination with sulfamethoxazole for the treatment of cystitis and urinary tract infections. Trimethoprim can be taken by mouth.
Stable isotope labeled [D9]-Trimethoprim is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Trimethoprim by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
