Custom synthesis provided by Nucleosyn considers the manufacture of compounds from milli-grams to multi-grams scale synthesis and could be done with patentability and freedom to operate (FTO) analysis of specialized chemicals and/or a chemical process. As an example of the company's custom synthesis expertise, Nucleosyn conducted and completed numerous projects dedicated to developing novel custom ionizable lipids. Through the valuable experience acquired, Nucleosyn’s chemists can build innovative structures bearing complex custom ionizable polar heads, specifically functionalized linkers, as well as tailor-made hydrophobic tails (ramified, unsaturated, functionalized, etc…).
