5'-Amino & Internal Modifiers
5’-Amino-Modifiers are used to produce a functional amine group on the 5’-terminus of targeted oligonucleotides. The modifiers incorporate a C6 or C7 spacer with a primary amino group for subsequent conjugation to a vast majority of applications, such as dyes or labels. MMT-protected amino-modifiers are recommended when a purification before use is necessary, whereas TFA-protected modifiers should be used when no prior purification is required.
